Frequently asked questions

Key answers before outsourcing payroll.

Final responsibilities depend on your entity, current payroll setup and the agreed engagement.

Does Truzand become the legal employer?

No. Your Vietnam entity remains the legal employer and retains all employment decisions. Truzand supports payroll and the agreed HR administration.

What information does Truzand need for each cycle?

Approved employee updates, including salary changes, attendance, leave, overtime, bonuses, reimbursements, deductions and employment changes, before the agreed cut-off date.

Can we keep our existing payroll schedule?

Where feasible, the payroll calendar is aligned with your existing process while leaving sufficient time for review, approval, payment and statutory deadlines.

Who reviews and approves the final payroll?

Your nominated reviewers approve the payroll outputs and any payment instructions. Review steps and deadlines are set during implementation.

Who makes salary and statutory payments?

Truzand can prepare payment files for your company to process directly. Alternatively, under an agreed payroll funding arrangement, your company may transfer the required funds for disbursement on its behalf.

What if information changes after the cut-off or approval?

Truzand assesses the change and confirms whether it can be processed in the current cycle, through an adjustment, or in the following cycle. Any effect on timing or reporting is communicated.

Can bonuses and other variable items be included?

Yes, when supported by complete, approved inputs and handled within the agreed payroll and reporting scope.
