Frequently asked questions

Common questions about fees.

Final fees depend on your circumstances and the agreed scope.

Why is most pricing quoted rather than listed?

Two companies with the same headcount can need very different work: entity status, payroll complexity, reporting and transition all change the effort. A quote against a written scope is clearer than a list price that changes once the details are known.

What does “From US$20 per employee, per month” cover?

It is the starting rate for Outsourced Payroll Services on a defined monthly scope, and the per-employee rate falls as your headcount grows. Headcount, payroll complexity, reporting requirements, historical data and any additional HR administration set the final fee, which you see in writing before the service begins.

Are salaries, statutory insurance and PIT part of the fee?

No. Employee salaries, employer statutory contributions, taxes and third-party costs are separate from Truzand's service fee and are identified separately in your proposal and invoices.

How is EOR (Employer of Record) priced?

The monthly EOR fee is 8% of the monthly cost to employ the hire (gross salary plus employer statutory contributions), with a minimum of US$80 and a maximum of US$250 per employee. VAT is added where applicable. Before you commit to a hire we share a cost breakdown for the role.

Can we combine services in one quote?

Yes. For example, HR Compliance & Setup work and a monthly payroll scope can be priced together. The proposal shows each workstream so you can see what each part covers.

What happens if our needs change?

New hires, extra reporting or additional HR work can be added as you grow. Any change to deliverables, timing or fees is agreed before the additional work starts.

What do you need from us for a first quote?

Your headcount in Vietnam, your entity status, the services you are considering and your timeline. Salary, identity or insurance records are not needed at this step.

Are the calculators free?

Yes. The salary, tax, insurance and employment cost calculators are free to use without sign-up. Their results are estimates; the agreed scope confirms the figures for each employee.
